Artist feature - Pauline Siewert Jan 11 2017

Meet the artists

One of our artists of the day is Pauline Siewert, who we're so excited to have at Advocate! Pauline adorable use of color and characters, whether animals or children, are so extremely enjoyable to view. With her many talents we think she'd be best for greeting card design and 0-5 years. We've selected some pieces for you to enjoy in the above slideshow, but we also encourage you to see more work in her Advocate portfolio.

"I grew up in a lot of places: Tanzania for the first 8 years of my life and then Brighton, London and Surrey. After doing a foundation course at Wimbledon School of Art, I studies Graphics and illustration and Kingston Polytechnic. I worked for a display company and was the visualizer for a small design group in central London. I had always wanted to illustrate children's books and in 1998, I became freelance to do just that.

I am married and live in Farnham, Surrey. When not illustrating, I love to travel, read and walk in the Surrey and Dorset countryside."
