"The exquisite corpse will drink the young wine!" Or at least that's what the dadaists said when they came up with a fun game known as Exquisite Corpse. In this game, each player contributes a different part of a character's body, resulting in a whimsical and oftentimes nightmarish creature!  Advocate artist, Diego Vaisberg recently created a fun and engaging monsters book based on this quirky concept.  The book, 99 Monsters, consists of several different creatures, each created from various parts of different bodies.  This interactive book is great for kids 5 and up (and for adults who have a playful side!) Don't let these monsters scare you before you get to the end of the book though - the last page features a blank section where you can create your own creature!

99 Monsters was created by Diego Vaisberg and Martin Lowenstein at DGPH, a design and art studio.  The book was printed by HumoBooks, an experimental print house for young Argentinian artists based in Buenos Aires.  Visit the Humobooks site to see other creative book projects!
