Amanda grew up in Lincolnshire but now her home is rural Shropshire with her husband and children. She is inspired to reflect the nature and history that she's surrounded by. She received her art education at Lincoln Art College and has worked in graphic design and illustration ever since. For many years in Nottingham she worked on packaging for the fashion industry utilising both graphics and illustration skills. Since moving to Shropshire she has used her surroundings to inspire detailed line and colour work for greetings and surface design.
