Sam Rennocks is a British Illustrator born and raised in Leicestershire. He studied Illustration at Plymouth University and now lives in Loughborough, close to where he grew up. Sam has worked with clients from across the globe, creating vibrant and fun images for magazines, book publishing, traditional games, and even the the UK’s own NHS. His passion for art is inspired by ancient history and the natural world, especially cute animals. His dad wanted him to be a footballer and he used to play in goal. Unfortunately he never grew past 5’11.” Sam’s hobbies outside of illustration include playing instruments, listening to music, reading, the highs and lows of supporting Leicester City football club and collecting various historical ornaments.
