Advocate Art's freelance children's illustrator Tom Percival has created this excellent Promo animation for his New book Mr Tipps. Mr Tipps  is a stray cat who has a hard life living under an older dustbin - until he meets a lonely boy and a wonderful friendship is formed. But one day, the boy doesn't come to play and Mr Tipps finds himself lost and in danger.
