Maurizio Campidelli

I am busy for 2 months, please book me in.
Maurizio is an illustrator because he had an... accident! When he was a child, in fact, he broke his right leg in an accident and this forced him to spend the next few months in bed, reading comics. This was around 1966 and it was at this time that he began to love these worlds of adventure, humour, action and fantasy, which later led him to become an illustrator. At that time, which was around 1986, his 'masters' were the Marvel Comics teams of the 1970s. In the following years, he worked mainly with advertising agencies, publishing houses, graphic studios and... thanks to Advocate Art in 2010, he also debuted outside Italy. In fact, outside of work he does not have much time for anything else. He lives in Rimini, a famous tourist town on the east coast of Italy, and in summer he loves to spend time at the beach, running or cycling along the promenade, or relaxing with a drink, watching the sunset. When it rains, however, cinema and TV series are his salvation.View Full Bio
