I was born in Medellín, Colombia. My father is a great illustrator and perhaps the best teacher I’ve ever had. I grew up watching him draw beautiful animals and characters, and that’s the reason I decided to become an illustrator too. I studied graphic design and then I got a Creative Writing degree because I wanted to create stories both wrote and illustrated. I started publishing my own books in 2013 and since then I haven’t stop making good stories for children. I love picture books, especially the classics. I find them very inspiring and profound. I’ve illustrated a lot of different picture books, and children’s literature has given me the opportunity to collaborate with very talented writers from other countriesView Full Bio
