Weronika Salach

I'm available! I'd love to hear about your project.
Weronika Salach is a self taught illustrator from Poland, now based in Germany. She used to work as a Korean and Japanese yoga and meditation teacher, but her love of illustration was reignited after the birth of her daughter. She now finds her zen in the tip of her apple pencil when drawing. Influenced by old Polish and Nordic children’s books, she enjoys creating whimsical scenes and lovable characters with a dose of magic and optimism. Weronika still has some old copies of her beloved kids books from her childhood: “Six Bullerby Children” by Astrid Lindgren, “The Moomins” series by Tove Jansson and “Miś Uszatek” by Czesław Janczarski. She works digitally, predominantly with easily scalable vector art. Weronika is keen on illustrating various types of children’s products: picture books, board books, puzzles, board games, educational toys, and children’s clothing. View Full Bio
