Today's artist feature highlights the impossibly cute illustrations of Angelika Scudamore! Her adorable designs are sure to make you smile and her richly textured style keeps you interested. My name is Angelika I was born in London on 24^th June 1989 and I still live in London. I always loved drawing and my earliest memory is drawing with my dad. I was obsessed with Beatrix Potter with her beautiful illustrations of cute fluffy bunnies and animals. Ever since I can remember I always wanted to have the exact studio she had with her bunny sitting on her desk! I studied at Kingston University with a BA(Hons) Illustration and Animation degree. Everywhere I go I carry around my sketchbook and jot down every idea that comes to my head. Before I became an illustrator I taught yoga to young children, making up innovative stories through yoga and this inspired me to illustrate children’s books. I love the hustle and bustle of the city and stopping off at small coffee shops, where I gather most inspiration from the people and atmosphere. I love illustrating cute, fun, exciting characters
