Hey there, I'm Ed Myer, a London-based artist originally from Kent. I'd describe my style as a blend of chaos and playfulness. I like to infuse my illustrations with humour and sometimes throwing in the odd easter egg.

Illustrating for a coveted My Little Goldbook some time back remains a highlight of my career. What sets my work apart, I think, is thehumour and hidden gems I sprinkle throughout my art. I believe in planning a new illustration carefully, often blocking out scenes beforehand to ensure every element fits into the bigger picture before filling it with fun elements.

Growing up with Disney and dogs has been a constant source of inspiration. The humour that defines my art is a nod to those influences. Surprisingly, gaming sessions with friends also serves as an unexpected source of inspiration for me. There's a lot of jokes often made that end up finding a way into my artwork. A typical weekday morning for me starts with doodling sessions over a cup of tea to get the engine fired up. Ted, my Jack Russell, adds an extra dose of joy to my daily life!
