Hello! I’m Evelt, an illustrator from Barcelona who loves to fill every piece with emotion, atmosphere, and a strong sense of story. I use irregular textures and visible sketch lines to create a distinctive handmade feel - even though I work digitally. My greatest strength is storytelling: with a background in Mass Media and a postgraduate degree in Creativity, I approach each project like a small film - using cinematic angles, expressive characters, and thoughtful color and light to draw the viewer into the heart of the story. My passion lies in building atmospheres that resonate deeply - and shaping the right visual mood to express each tale’s unique soul.

My studies in Social Education deeply influence my work. I’m fascinated by the emotional worlds of children and how they navigate complex social realities. Friendship, sadness, justice, love, loss, imagination… I’m drawn to stories with purpose - and to creating expressive, relatable characters who bring those emotions to life. My process always begins with storyboards and character design, and it thrives on warm, open communication with clients.

I draw inspiration from Studio Ghibli, Jim Henson, Tim Burton, and Cartoon Saloon - all masters of emotion and atmosphere. But my biggest sources of ideas are the small, human moments: a gesture, a sunset, a forest filled with quiet mystery. At home, life is full of stories too - two imaginative kids, a very spoiled old cat, and the daily reminder that wonder can be found in the simplest things. Through my art, I hope to share that same spark - helping others feel, dream, and see how beautiful our world can be.
