Hi there! I am Giulia Masia. I started drawing in Genoa, Italy, and I haven’t stopped exploring the world through illustration ever since. I studied Illustration and Animation at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, where I now also teach and work as an art director. I love to tell stories, so much so that I learned three languages, but even that wasn’t enough; I began sharing my ideas through images, creating illustrations that speak and spark emotions in everyone.

I have worked with publishers, brands, and cultural institutions across Italy and beyond, producing picture books, graphic novels, card games, advertising campaigns, and more. My work has also been recognised by prestigious national and international awards.

Always on the move, I love to draw, walk, travel, and create; never stopping, and always in good company.
