Teaching at a community college, I received recognition like the Adobe Educator Award and the Outstanding Faculty Award. Recently, I completed a delightful family calendar project for a client in the Czech Republic, creating whimsical animal scenes that felt like crafting a picture book. With a background in graphic design and art education, I infuse my art with clarity and relatability, creating captivating compositions that evoke emotions. My process involves a series of sketches and color roughs before blending hand-made elements digitally.

My childhood love for creating, influenced by religious art and solitude, laid the foundation for my artistic journey. Finding solace in nature and people's stories, I draw inspiration from resilience, courage, and humor. Exploring old churches and local galleries uplifts me, while traditional Sundays spent with family bring me joy. Ultimately, I aspire to be remembered as a genuine soul who finds beauty in small acts of love and kindness. With three wonderful grown sons and a new daughter-in-law, my life is enriched by family and the endless possibilities of creative expression.
