Hi! I am Noopur Thakur. I am a children's illustrator and surface pattern designer based in England. I began my career in India as a textile designer, eventually becoming the creative head of a design studio. After the birth of my son in 2008, I launched my own studio in Manchester, creating whimsical, colorful art for children's books, home decor, gifts, and more. My work is full of color and charm, influenced by my background in textiles. I draw inspiration from everyday life, nature, and outings with my family. If I weren't an illustrator, I'd be a baker!
